Hi Matt,
I have never attended a conference. Obviously there is training and there are contests. What does the training consist of? What benefits does one come away with?

There are a bunch of different training seminars and sessions. At last years Fall Conference some of the seminars included:
- How to Create Elaborate Evaluations
- How to use Humor
- The New CL Manual
- One presentation was by a former World Champion, Jim Key
- There are also different seminars on the Distinguished Club Plan, Running the club, gaining members
All in all I would say there are 4 educational sessions, with each one offering between 6-10 choices.
